With a background in international trade and industry, he connects engineering with finance to reduce risk and total cost. He structured technical specification processes and supplier validation in China and Brazil.
He works on Brazil‑landed price scenarios, project governance, and make/buy decisions. He leads supplier due diligence, planning of sampling inspections, and alignment with client teams.
Sandra de Almeida
Partner — Operations & Compliance
Specialist in operations in China, with strong activity on the shop floor. She leads native‑language negotiations, bilingual contracts, and schedules, ensuring agreed deadlines and quality standards.
She guides inspections with photo and video records, follows up adjustments with production, and handles document compliance for shipment. Focus on direct communication, predictability, and execution.
Behind the scenes
We are 30 team members in Guangzhou. We take in‑factory presence seriously — visits within 48h in our coverage region, sampling inspection with photos and videos, checks of packaging/labeling, and direct alignment with production. We count on native staff and a bilingual team (ZH/EN/PT) integrated with engineering, quality, and finance, which reduces noise, adds schedule predictability, and lowers total cost.
Structure
We have service points in Italy and Dubai, and operate with two offices in China (Guangzhou) and one in Brazil. This structure and makeup give us autonomy and agility to attend fairs and suppliers, respond in the client’s time zone, and negotiate — keeping speed and end‑to‑end control.
